Workshop allows managers to create multiple sessions tied to one course. This useful tool can help manage staff development opportunities that may last several days and/or spread across multiple campuses. Another use for this is to manage a course containing multiple breakouts during specific time periods. Multiple sign-in sheets can be printed from the wizard for each breakout session to help manage attendance records.
To create multiple sessions in one event, go to Manage, Courses.
- Select your Course.
- In the Setup tab, open the Course Description Menu.
- Select Sessions & Locations.
- Click the green + button on the far right of the screen to Create New Session.
- Use the Option Menu at the bottom of the screen to space out the times and locations for each session.
Don't forget to use the Save button in this bottom menu to save changes as you create sessions.
*Note: Session times cannot overlap even when distributing sessions among separate campuses.
