Update for 12/18/2017 - Card view shows up to 100 cards and List View now shows subjects taught and grade levels. This ties to filter options to sort by specific grade levels and subjects.
When a principal initially logs in to Strive, the first viewable screen is the Campus View.
Staff profile images will appear on the staff cards if staff follow instructions in this article. If images are not uploaded, the staff member's initials will appear on their card.
Across the top of this window is the Notification widget and it contains information regarding the whole campus. At the start of the school year, the number of goals pending will appear in this toolbar.
On the right side of this dashboard is the Filtering tool. The numbers to the right of the campus appraiser indicates the number of appraisees assigned to that person. An appraiser with full campus appraisal rights can click on any of the listed appraisers to view the appraisees and the appraisal process for that staff member.
Filtering also contains views for grade level and subjects taught. This data is pulled from the Eduphoria Profile updated by staff each year. Use the (>) buttons to open or close these filtering containers to use filtering to find specific staff in your campus view.
Staff Card and List View
A toggle on the right side of the screen allows you to view your staff by Card or List views.
Staff Card view provides access to the Walkthrough timeline that will appear at the bottom of the card. Photos, appraisee type, appraiser name, and the create new evaluation button appear on both the card and list views.
Staff Card view will show 100 cards at a time on the campus view. Use the filtering and search tools to sort the cards to what you need to see.
List View condenses the cards so that your entire appraisee list will show and provide access to appraisee type, appraiser name, subjects taught, grade levels, and the create new evaluation button.
On a Staff Card, the name in the top left indicates the name of the appraiser assigned to the specific staff member.
Click the (+) button on Card or List view to see the Evaluation Process window to select your template. Click the (+) button in this list to choose the template corresponding to the step in the evaluation process.
In the Evaluations tab, click the (+) button next to each task setup in your district Evaluation Process for the staff member.
Select the template and adjust the start/end times to create a new evaluation document.
The evaluation form opens with the menu options for: Close, Print, Save, Delete, Let Staff View, and Show Scripted Comments.
