There are multiple reasons why you may not be able to sign your evaluation. Follow these troubleshooting tips below to resolve this issue and sign your evaluation.
Incorrect Security Answer
The most common reason an evaluation cannot be signed is due to an incorrect security answer being entered. You can reset your security question and answer by clicking on your name in the top toolbar, clicking Change My Profile, and going through the profile setup steps until completed.
Lower and Uppercase Letters
If resetting your security answer did not resolve this issue, please make sure you are using the correct upper and lower case letters for the Eduphoria Password field and the Security Answer field. Each of these fields are case-sensitive and must be entered correctly.
After clicking on the esignature button, if you are getting a blank white page it is due to clicking enter on your keyboard instead of clicking on the Electronically Sign Document button. To resolve this issue, refresh your screen and instead of hitting enter click on the Electronically Sign Document button.
Refusal to Sign
Please note, if you click the box that says,"By checking this box, I am indicating a refusal to sign this document," below the Electronically Sign Document button, you are not signing the document. Instead, you are refusing to sign. If you accidentally check this box and your appraiser has not signed the document you can click on your name where it says you refused to sign, and it will allow you to unsign and sign again. Because it is a legal document, if both you and your appraiser have signed the evaluation it cannot be changed. Your appraiser will have to recreate the evaluation in order for you to sign it.
If you are still having issues trying to sign your document, please reach out to the Eduphoria support team.
