- In the Teacher Dashboard, click the Evaluations tab.
This view provides a timeline of your district defined Evaluation Process.
The (+) buttons indicate specific actions you need to complete in your evaluation process. For example, a (+) button in the Goals section of your evaluation process will open the Add New Goal window for easy access to complete the task of submitting goals. in the Walkthrough section, you may not have a (+) button because that action is initiated by your appraiser.
The date on the left-end indicates the date due for a particular task.
In the Walkthrough section, documents "Marked as Viewable" will list here for you to click and view the contents. Click on an item that appears here to open your evaluation document.
A viewable document will include menu options to Close, Print or Electronically Sign.
On the right side of the screen, you can click the (+) button to upload more documents tied to your appraisal documentation.
Enter the name of the file. You can add an optional description to appear in this section of documents.
- Click on Choose File to navigate to where the file is stored on your computer.
- Click Upload to upload the file to the document list.
You can also view archived evaluations by clicking on the arrows by year to open the folder containers of previous evaluation documentation. Items archived will be in PDF format for viewing, saving, and printing.
