Staff Cards are the profile views of staff associated with the appraisee process and viewable in the dashboard for an overall view including their appraiser, a photo identifier of the staff member, their appraisee type, as well as their progress through the evaluation process.
The name on the top left of the card indicates the Appraiser Assigned to the staff member.
The Appraisee Type is indicated below the staff member's name. This can be changed by clicking on the Appraise Type and using the option in the menu that appears to select a different type.
The Walkthrough Timeline indicates most recent documented walkthrough in the appraisal process. The timeline pulls from the past 5 months into a shortened timeline view for a quick view of the last walkthrough for the staff member.
To start a New Evaluation, the "+" icon in the top right to open in the staff member's Evaluation Process tab.
In this window, you will see the staff member's progress through their Evaluation Process.
- Click the (+) buttons to initiate forms and tasks for their evaluation.
