Staff Cards are the profile views of staff associated with the appraisee process and viewable in the dashboard for an overall view including their appraiser, a photo identifier of the staff member, their appraisee type, as well as their progress through the appraisal process.
The name on the top left of the card indicates the Appraiser Assigned to the staff member.
The Appraisal Type is indicated below the staff member's name. This can be changed by clicking on the Appraise Type and using the option in the menu that appears to select a different appraisal type.
The filled dot indicators next to Goals, Observations, and Summative represent the completed submissions in the appraisal process. Empty dots represent incomplete submissions in the appraisal process. The number of dots corresponds with Management Settings allowing districts to customize numbers of goals, observations, and summatives required as part of their appraise process.
The Walkthrough Timeline indicates most recent documented walkthrough in the appraise process. The timeline pulls from the past 5 months into a shortened timeline view for a quick view of the last walkthrough for the staff member.
To start a New Evaluation, the "+" icon in the top right begins the process.
