Your Axiom license has been activated! To access the reports and start using this tool, follow these steps:
- Grant User Right
- A system administrator must grant this right.
- There is a new RIGHT under Aware named “Analyze Accountability Data”
- Grant this right to district Accountability folks first. (We will update at a later date regarding individual campus access as needed.) ONLY users with this right will see and be able to access Axiom.
- Note: This right is NOT part of any role nor granted to any user by default. It will need to be given individually to any district user to access Axiom.
- Switch to Aware and Navigate to Axiom
- New Tab in Aware
- Settings
- Configure Campuses
- View Data Files
- Recalculate Indexes
- "Configure Campuses"
- Use the dropdown options to:
- Choose Campus type and confirm these are correct
- Choose Index 3 Race 1 & Choose Index 3 Race 2
- Use the dropdown options to:
- Enter Index 4 Data
- Select this option and enter the data to assist for the Index 4 report
Visit this page for help with INDEX 4 DATA!
- View Data Files
- Confirm that all correct data files have been imported.
- If any are missing, go back to the Analyze tab and Import the needed files
These are the files to make sure you have imported into Aware.
- STAAR EOC Summer 2016
- STAAR EOC Fall 2016
- STAAR 3-8 Spring 2017 (with March 5-8 data)
- STAAR 3-8 Spring Alt 2 2017
- STAAR 5-8 SSI May 2017 Retest
- STAAR EOC Spring 2017 (Multiple Files)
- STAAR EOC Spring Alt 2 2017
NOTE: The CAF is not necessary and not needed for Axiom to work.
- “Recalculate Indexes"
- This is like a Reload or Refresh button. Once you’ve reimported test files or added information to Index 4, this button needs to be clicked. There will be a confirmation window that appears. (Note: Although it doesn’t look or feel like a button, but it actually works like one.)
- Commit to your click! Click and wait, it's actually works very quickly!
- If you get the Warning banner, you need to click RECALCULATE INDEXES (yes we are going to make that less confusing!) :)
- This is different than Re-Importing your STAAR files.
