The Other Documents heading appearing at the end of the Evaluation Process for each appraisee type is a place to hold other documents that are not tied to the current Evaluation Process. Documents may appear under this heading for several reasons.
- If the appraisee created any Reflection Documents before the Evaluation Process was set up, then the Reflection Documents will appear under the Other Documents at the bottom of the page.
- If an appraisee creates a Reflection Document correctly as part of his/her Evaluation Process, and then the appraiser changes that employee's Appraisee Type (from T-TESS Teacher to T-TESS Waiver Teacher, for instance), then the Reflection document created and associated with the T-TESS Teacher Appraisee type will be pushed down to the bottom and will appear under the Other Documents heading since it is no longer technically associated with the T-TESS Waiver Teacher Evaluation Process.
- Our Development Team is currently working on a process to attach the forms listed under the Other Documents heading to specific Steps/Tasks in the Evaluation Process. This will be similar to what appraisees can now do to pull a Goal from the Goals tab into the Evaluation tab.
Deleting Extra Documents
If the document is a walkthrough or an observation, then the appraiser who created the document can delete the document. If the document is a Reflection Document, then it cannot currently be deleted by the appraisee who created it at this time, but a delete button is currently in development.
If an appraiser or appraisee needs to add additional documents that exist outside of the Evaluation Process, they can by clicking on the Upload Documents button and attaching the document. One example would be a T-TESS Teacher Waiver form.
