Group Evaluations are created and managed by an Appraise Administrator. Group Evaluations can be conducted on any appraiser or staff member. The most common use for group evaluations are 360 evaluations in which an appraiser is evaluated by those whom they appraise. They could also be used to evaluate departments, superintendents, etc.
Once a group evaluation is created, it is assigned to an appraiser or individual. The Appraise Administrator can also send out an email to the participants as well as daily reminder emails. The ability to submit an evaluation is controlled by dates and participant criteria when creating the evaluation. The results for Group Evaluations are displayed in the My Evaluations tab of the selected appraiser or individual.
Viewing Evaluation Results
- On the My Evaluations tab, click on the evaluation located within the My Evaluations section.
- You can view how many participants in the evaluation and see a distribution of answers submitted (numbers and percentages).
- To print the evaluation results, click the Print button at the top.
