In order to approve a reservation, the staff member must be in the approval workflow, which is set up on the Inventory Tab for the room or asset.
Approving, Denying, or Deleting a Reservation:
- To approve a reservation, click Pending My Approval in the lower-left corner; reservations needing approval will appear in list format
- To view the reservation details, double click on the reservation
- If a form is included with the reservation, the approver can view or edit the form before approving the reservation.
- To approve, deny or delete a reservation, select the reservation and click Approve, Deny, or Delete (Multiple reservations can be selected at once by using the Control or Shift keys.)
