How to remove the Unsupported Scanners Pop-up error (for the entire district):
Log in to Eduphoria as a Systems Administrator.
Select to Aware.
Click Analyze tab and select Configuration Options.
Choose Testing tab.
Select Update Scanner Profiles.
Popup message is now removed for the district.
