- Update user roles & rights within the application.
- Archive old tickets. (Optional)
- Add new ticket types if necessary.
Archiving Helpdesk Requests
This is not required!
Archiving Helpdesk Requests can be completed during the summer; however, it's not required. This will move all CLOSED tickets into archived status.
|Although you have archived requests, there is an option to reopen individual tickets if needed.|
