PDAS will enable you to attach a document to a teacher's record for additional documentation.
To attach a file
- Click the New File Attachment button in the Teacher Options list
- The New File Attachment wizard will appear
- Click Browse to locate the file
- Choose the date associated with the document
- Enter the title and an optional description
The file will be listed with the appraisals under 'Current Files'.
File attachments only have two options: Delete and Let Staff View. Both of these options work just like their counterparts on actual evaluations. Let Staff View will email the staff member and make the file attachment viewable in the staff login. Delete will remove the file attachment from this staff member's documents.
