Scanner Profiles - Using the Update Scanner Profiles button here will update the profiles of all scanners in the district.
**Note: How to get rid of the Pop-up error (for the entire district):
- Log in as the Systems Administrator.
- Go to Aware.
- Click the Analyze tab and select Configuration Options.
- Choose Testing tab.
- Select Update Scanner Profiles.
Third-Party Answer Sheets - Check the option to keep original numbering.
Leaving the box unchecked will number numerical response questions on the booklet with a description similar to G1 or GD1, G2 or GD2 and so on. Students can match these to the back side of the third-party answer sheets. Subsequent selected response questions will continue with the next number in sequence skipping the numerical response question.
Checking the box will keep the original numbering in numerical sequence in the booklet.
Note: When copying a state-released test you will need to use original question numbers for scoring.
Third-Party Response Systems - Select which third-party response (clicker) systems will be used in conjunction with Aware in your district. If multiple systems are selected the teacher will be prompted to choose which system will be used for his/her administration.
Third-Party Student Information Systems - Select which student information system you wish to use to allow teachers to export student assessment data to a file format that can be accepted by the student information system.
Note: Only teachers, not administrators, will see the Export Grades button on the students level of a data view.
