Submitting a Course
If enabled by the district, a teacher can submit a course or workshop that they would like to teach or have an outside guest teach. When approved by an administrator, it will be turned into a normal course that teachers can register for within Workshop.
To submit a course:
- select the Submit Courses icon in the left hand column under My Portfolio.
- this will cause a Submit a New Course button to show up in the lower left hand corner. Click this button to begin creating a new course submission.
- if available a list of submitted courses will appear under the My Submitted Courses heading.
In order to submit a new course you will need to enter general information, start and end date, and the course categories. You can also choose which professional development administrator should review your submission or leave it as I don't know. When finished, Save the submission, then click Submit. You can also Delete a submission if necessary by finding the course in the list of My Submitted Courses clicking on it and clicking Delete in the top toolbar of the course submission.
