Searching for Tests

Users can search for tests on the Analyze, Assessments and Students tabs. The search bar allows users to look for a specific test by typing the test type, year, grade, subject or key words from the test name. By narrowing the search criteria, the results list will be shorter.

Analyze Tab

For assistance searching, click the ? next to the search bar.

Users with campus and district level test administration roles/rights in Aware will generate a longer list of results since they have access to more tests. A teacher who has only administered Teacher Tests will have a shorter list. The results list will display 20 assessments at a time. Use the scroll bar to locate the desired assessment. To narrow this list, apply multiple filters.

To add multiple filters when searching,

Type one keyword and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.
To narrow those results, type another keyword and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.
To narrow those results further, type another keyword and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Select a specific test to analyze the data.

Users can still locate a specific test by drilling down under Quick Views, My Saved Views, Campus Views, District Views, etc.

Assessments Tab

Searching on the Assessments tab works the same way it does on the Analyze tab, and multiple filters can be applied in the same manner.

Students Tab

Searching for students on the Students tab will now work the same way it does on the Analyze and Assessments tabs. Multiple filters can be applied in the same manner. Users will still be able to search by student name, ID, campus, teacher, program, form, etc., but now the user will type search fields to narrow the list of students instead of selecting a checkbox or drop-down list item.
