Teachers are able to generate the same lead4ward reports as administrators. There are only a few restrictions related to access to student-level data (Quintile Reports) and access to tests from grade levels that do not exist on the taught campus.
These reports are meant for PLC teacher leaders to generate and bring to their teams for analysis. However, all teachers are able to generate the reports and should work out logistics amongst themselves.
The majority of lead4ward reports are designed to be used by the campus leadership team and the PLC to guide professional learning, inform planning, design intervention, and monitor improvement. With the exception of Quintiles, these reports are not designed for individual classroom or teacher data. Teacher access is designed for PLC teacher leaders to generate campus performance data in Aware to inform instructional planning.
