The Summative Panel will appear in the Evaluation tab for any document used in your Summative process. If you have not defined your evaluation process, you will still be able to view the Summative panel inside any summative document used for evaluating staff. Summative data pulls from dimensions tagged in goal setting, evaluation documents, and professional development.
The Summative Panel pulls data from the following areas:
Select a user from Campus View and in their Evaluations tab, select or create a Summative document. Once a summative document has been created, the summative panel will be viewable inside the document.
The Summative Panel is what appears on the right side of the screen. You will see the domains and dimensions for the user's appraisee type to click on and open to view. When you click on a dimension, you will see goals, evaluation responses, and professional development tagged.
In this view, the dimension "2.3 - Communication" is selected to open the panel to view Goals, Documents, and Professional Development.
At the top of the above image, under the header Goals will list any goal entered for the appraisal year that has been tagged by this dimension.
Under the header Documents, the title of the document is listed with the number of walkthroughs or observations that have taken place. Then any tagged evaluation template will display the information tagged by this particular dimension in the Summative Panel including checkboxes, radio buttons, matrix groups, and comments.
Finally, professional development tagged by dimension will appear under the Professional Development header for this particular dimension.
Clicking the selected dimension at the top will return to the full dimension list for choosing another one.
