When you start a Summative document, the Summative panel will appear on the right side of the screen to contain goals, evaluation documentation, and professional development all tagged by the same framework dimensions. In this view, you will get an overall view of the year to help complete the summative documentation.
- Select a user from Campus View and in their Evaluations tab, select or create a Summative document.
- Once a summative document has been created, the summative panel will be viewable inside the document.
The Summative Panel is what appears on the right side of the screen. You will see the domains and dimensions for the user's appraisee type to click on and open to view. When you click on a dimension, you will see goals, evaluation responses, and professional development tagged. You can also click on "All" in each domain to view all items tagged for that particular domain.
In this view, the dimension "2.3 - Communication" is selected to open the panel to view Goals, Documents, and Professional Development.
At the top of the above image, under the header Goals will list any goal entered for the appraisal year that has been tagged by this dimension.
You can click on any goal listed to have it open up the information in its own modal screen.
Under the header Documents, the title of the document is listed with the number of walkthroughs or observations that have taken place. Then any tagged evaluation template will display the information tagged by this particular dimension in the Summative Panel including checkboxes, radio buttons, matrix groups, and comments.
You can also click on any document used to view the dates the document was completed. Click on a date to open the full form in its own modal window for viewing as well.
Finally, professional development tagged by dimension will appear under the Professional Development header for this particular dimension.
Clicking the selected dimension at the top will return to the full dimension list for choosing another one.
