Over time, forms will continue to collect data and form managers may request the data be cleaned out. An important step before clearing out form data is to make a backup by exporting the data to a spreadsheet.
Backup/Archive form data:
- Click Reports tab
- Click Form Analysis report
- Select the form from the list. You can even use the filter options on the left.
- Click Print and select "Export Summary to Excel"
This will generate a summary of responses in the form in an Excel spreadsheet download.
Clear the Data in the Form
- Select the form
- Click the Settings tab
- Click the Erase All Document Responses button
*Note: Cleared responses cannot be recovered. We highly suggest following the steps for archiving form data listed above.
