With the release of the New Test Authoring interphase, the location of the Aware Local Test Analytics tool has changed. See the below screenshot.
The Aware Local Test Analytics tool is an advanced option for District and Campus-level data assessment authors. It provides data from administered local assessments related to the tests' reliability and to general student performance for the purpose of aiding test authors in decisions about:
A) how to interpret some of the performance results seen in Aware Quick Views, and
B) how the test might be improved if given in a future year.
With every measurement there is an associated Error Score. While Aware cannot determine with any sort of accuracy what this might be, the Test Analytics tool provides various data points that, combined with the practical knowledge of the test authors, can lead towards a better understanding of what might be the result of a test's design rather than a deficit in student learning.
The Aware Local Test Analytics Tool consists of 5 components.
