Issue: Intermittent degraded response time across all applications.
11:27 am The infrastructure team noticed performance was slowing and load was increasing. The infrastructure team monitored the system and checked to ensure it was auto-scaling appropriately.
11:50 pm Customers reported they were unable to access Aware. The Infrastructure team noticed that new servers were reporting as unhealthy and not coming online to ease the load.
12:21 pm Our Infrastructure team is working to improve performance. Access to all systems was shut down temporarily to ease load, so servers could come online.
12:31 pm Performance and services have been restored.
Double the normal number of servers are currently being used to handle the increased load. We will continue to monitor the system for this week to ensure capacity is maintained.
