Issue: Users were experiencing issues when accessing logistical applications (Formspace, Helpdesk, Facilities & Events). When a user opens a logistical application, they will be logged out of the software and will be unable to log back in.
At 10:50 am - First email notification of login issues from districts sent to email@example.com.
At 10:52 am - Eduphoria Support Team notified Technical and Infrastructure teams to determine the cause of login issues.
At 11:02 am - QA teams received detailed reports from districts surrounding issues with logistical applications.
At 11:25 am - Engineering team confirmed Instructional applications are 100% operational (Aware, Strive+Workshop, Forethought).
At 11:31 am - Fix is now in testing.
At 11:53 am - Fix has passed testing and is being shipped.
At 12:08 pm - Fix deployed to the server pool.
At 12:19 pm - Deployment complete and issue resolved. Support and QA teams verified with internal testing. All reports notified of the resolution.
Impacted - Logistical Applications; Formspace, Facilities & Events, and Helpdesk
Not impacted - Instructional applications are 100% operational (Aware, Strive+Workshop, Forethought)
