Please note: Two of the four Student Testing Supports for Online Testing (Text to Speech and Spelling Assistance) are available now. The other two (Content Clarifiers and Spanish Interface) are currently in development and have not been released for use. Until they are available, teachers will not see them as options in Test Proctoring. HOWEVER, the ability to manage the supports saved for each student (as explained in this article) is available now, and saved supports DO show up for teachers to view in Student Profile pages.

In Aware, teachers are able to turn on or off individual Student Testing Supports for Online Testing in their Test Proctoring tool. The Supports used (or not used) for each test administration are unique to that individual administration.
Campus and District Aware users with the Right "View Student Tests" will have this access. This right is part of both the Principal and District Data Viewer roles.
To mass upload and assign testing supports for students, click Upload Student Support Status on the Students Tab in Aware. You can then upload a .csv file. An example .csv with the necessary column headings is attached at the bottom of this article.
To assign testing supports manually by student, go to the General Tab on the Student Profile and select the checkboxes and click Update.
In the .CSV template that is attached below, place a "1" in each field to have the support activated (turned on) for the student and a "0" to leave the respective designated support off.
