In-app help that is customized to the individual experience: We are calling this "Eddy Helps" and you can access it by clicking the Help button in Strive. For now, Eddy Helps will only be available in Strive but we will expand it later to provide in-app help in our other applications.
Access Eddy Helps
- Click the Help button in Strive to access step-by-step walkthrough pop-ups to help you learn to navigate steps in our application.
- Select a listed task to view guided pop-ups indicated what to click on the screen to complete the task.
- Some pop-ups include directions to click NEXT inside the pop-up before continuing to the next guided task.
- Clickable items are highlighted in proximity to the pop-up guide.
- At the end of each flow, a feedback window is provided for you to submit comments about the guided experience. This information will help us customize more guides to provide better training for you and your staff.
If you would like to access the original help articles, you have the option in each Eddy Helps window by clicking the link for Additional Help Articles.
You can also use the search function in Eddy Helps to find articles or other walkthroughs by keyword search. If no article or walkthrough is available, you can access our support team to enter a ticket by email or through our support ticket system.
