Monitor Lists can be used to generate quick view data views under the Analyze tab. This feature can be used for currently rostered teachers to create custom lists of students to monitor as a group. This feature can also be used to allow any user with an Eduphoria account to create a custom list of students for analysis. This is useful for Co-Teachers, Special Education Personnel, 504 and ESL Coordinators or other non rostered personnel who need access to group or individual student data. Once a Monitor List has been approved (either automatically or manually), the list will be available for analysis in Aware under the Analyze Tab.
Step 1: To access the analysis tools, open the Monitor Lists folder in the Analyze tab, then select the appropriate list.
Step 2: Open the Assessment Type folder and click on the desired assessment. Assessment Types listed for selection contain assessments that some or all of the students on the Monitor List have been scored on.
Quickview options can be used to analyze data for the Monitor List.
Note: Monitor Lists created by non-rostered personnel will need to be approved by an administrator on the campus where the students on the list are housed. Access to data for analysis will not be available until the list has been approved.
