Teachers can share entire class rosters with Co-Teachers or other personnel with the Monitor List feature. Lists created this way, will need to be approved by a campus administrator before access is granted. Learn more about Monitor List Approval.
Step 1: Select the Students Tab, then Manage My Monitor Lists, then click on Share My Classes.
Step 2: Name the Monitor List and Select the Class or Classes you wish to share.
Step 3: Search for list recipients by typing their name in the search box and selecting on Search Users.
Step 4: Select a user from the list and select Add Selected User to Recipients.
Step 5: Selected Recipients will be listed. Once you have finished selecting recipients, click Share My Classes with Recipients.
Once the list has been approved by an administrator, the recipients will have access to the students in the list for analysis in Aware.
