The Score Summary feature allows students to review their answers immediately after submitting an online test. Students get a clear picture of which questions they got correct or incorrect, as well as questions that are graded by the teacher or ungraded.
Enable Score Summary
This feature must first be enabled by a district administrator.
- Click on Assessments tab.
- Select Configure Test Types
- Select a Test Type to open its test options
- In Editor Options, check the box for "Allow Score Summary for Formative Assessments" option
Note: This feature will be automatically available for teacher tests.
Enable in Test Editor
Once this setting has been enabled by a district administrator, the test editor can turn on the Student Summary Setting from the Online tab.
Randomization and Student Summary
If you have enabled both question randomization and student summary features, students will be able to review which questions they got correct and incorrect after submitting the responses. If students leave the test and return at a later date, the questions will no longer be randomized. This allows the teacher the option to review the test with all students with the same question ordering.
