Formspace can be a tool to help you complete some of your en-of-year processes and procedures without people physically coming to the office to turn in paper forms.
We have collected a few forms that we think might be helpful and put them in a folder called "Crisis Response" in our Eduphoria Community. Sample forms include:
- Purchase Requisition Form
- Employee Expense Reimbursement
- Transfer Request
- Summer School Teaching Application
- Remote Technical Support Ticket
- Request Access to a Technical Device

If you don't find the forms that meet your needs in the community, you can always create your own forms. Here is a link to an article in our online help that will show you how to build forms in Formspace.

Open your form, go to the General Tab, and click Share this Document.
