Management - Enabling Teacher Editing of Data Views

Teachers are able to build their own custom Data Views so they can effectively review and analyze data that is more pertinent to their students. Data Administrators have the choice to enable this feature for teachers.  Data Administrators should navigate to Configuration Options in Aware and select the checkbox to Allow Teachers to Edit Data Views. This gives both rostered teachers and users with approved Monitor List access to customize their Data Views.

Compared to administrators, the data fields that are editable by teachers in the Data Views are limited to those fields most frequently used by teachers. The users will be able to save their custom Data Views, but not share them with other users.
