Plan for the End of Year Summative

Data collected in walkthroughs and observations is collected and shared in the final Summative evaluation template. This is called the Summative Panel and provides an overall view of the year to inform the Summative evaluation. Comments and score data will appear in the Summative panel, broken down by framework dimension for the appraised staff member. 

The value of this summary is based on the documentation provided in the evaluations created over the course of the school year. As you create documentation over the course of the year, determine how the data collected can shape the summative evaluation to help your teachers and staff grow.
