Open Manage Users to troubleshoot who has access to what features in applications. Download a spreadsheet by application to view who has roles and rights assigned to them.
Step 1: In System Management, click Manage Users in the Organization tab.
Step 2: Scroll to see the User Options section.
Step 3: Select Print Role Report to download a list of roles assigned as a CSV file.
Step 4: Select Print Right Report to download a list of all rights assigned as a CSV file.
Running roles or rights reports at the start of school will help ensure the correct staff have appropriate access. Remember to make changes to specific campuses assigned in roles to staff who change campuses. For example, if an appraiser moves campuses, change their appraisal role campus in the user's Role settings.
