Viewing Attendees is an option available in Conference Management and individual Sessions.
View Registrations Tab
The Registrations tab provides a list of all registered attendees and their email addresses for the conference, whether they have enrolled in Sessions or not. The search box will filter to attendees by characters entered in the search. Conference managers may also download or print an attendee list, which contains first and last name with email addresses for each attendee.
Session Enrollments List
Selecting individual sessions provides a list of registered enrollments for the specific session. You can view enrollments by session by selecting a session on the Campus or Location view of Sessions.
Taking Attendance & Granting Credits
The Attendee List in an individual Session provides the ability to manage attendance and awarding credits associated with the session.
- Credit cannot be granted until after the session occurs.
- The default status for attendees is Present. To mark absent, use the slider to change the status to Absent.
- Enrollment and attendance may be manually adjusted as needed. Toggle the slider to reflect the appropriate enrollment and attendance options.
- Use the search box and status/school filters to individually or mass enroll/unenroll conference registrants.
