Need help with your conference? Invite a conference contributor to help! Anyone assigned to a conference as a contributor will have access to the manage conference link in the navigation bar.
To access contributors, navigate to Manage Conferences then find the contributors list in the right of the window. Any staff member with the District Editor role in System Management would pre-populate in a drop down list for the PD manager to select as a contributor.
Conferences will have the Contributor tag for users who are assigned as contributors.
When visiting the manage conferences list, they will only see the list of conferences that they are assigned to as a contributor. They will not see the button to create new conferences.
Contributors can take attendance and grant credit from the Enrollments tab but cannot edit conference details.
