Creating a Multiselect Question

To create an interactive response question, begin by either creating a new test in Aware or navigating to an existing test. TEA suggests multiselect for use in mathematics, reading, language arts, and science assessments, but multiselect is available for any assessment. Multiselect follows TEA's examples and may be used in conjunction with text, images, and tables. 

1. Select the + icon to add a new question. 

2. Select Selected Response from the question type options, then select the Multiple Selection option.

3. Enter the question text, answer choices, and any required standards information. Use the checkmark boxes to indicate correct answers. 

Creating & Editing Equations

Use the equation button to edit math in responses.

Student Experience

Students will see the multiselect during online testing. 

Data Analysis

Student responses will be shown with all the selections made per question.
