Since Eduphoria first released Aware in 2007, it has been our pleasure to support the assessment, data analysis, and student monitoring needs of educators in districts across Texas. Our district partners in education have made Eduphoria the leading assessment and data analysis platform in the state with over 42,000,000 tests administered online already in the 2021-2022 school year. At Eduphoria we embrace feedback and update features to keep our products robust and relevant in a constantly changing technical and educational landscape.
We listened. We adapted. Now, we are excited to announce that during the 2022-2023 school year, Aware users will be invited to try a new Aware experience! We’re enhancing Aware’s primary navigation options to include more efficient access to features educators use most.
We’re excited about the new updates to Aware, but to minimize disruptions while we continue our upgrades all new features are accessible in a separate Aware Beta space. Users who are trained in and comfortable with Aware Classic will continue to have access.
Through June 2023, individual educators will have full control to work in Aware Beta or Aware Classic. Eduphoria has planned several actions to support educators who choose to become early adopters of Aware Beta.
- In-app messages and announcements for product updates
- Online Help Guide articles will include Illustrated Guides for both Aware Beta and Aware Classic
- Educators can navigate into and out of Aware Beta anytime with the Try Aware Beta button
At Eduphoria we value innovation. Our teams work to bring educators the best interface experience possible. Watch for updates as we continue to iterate our 3E - Eduphoria Education Experience in Aware. We are committed to supporting educators as educators support students and families across Texas.
