Aware is getting a facelift. Use the Try Aware Beta button to take a look.
Eduphoria is committed to providing the most optimal experience to the educators and students who interact with our products every day. As part of our commitment, Eduphoria’s engineers are working to build a new navigation system in Aware.
Beginning in June 2022, Aware users will have optional access to the new interface.
Don’t worry. Everything you know and love about Aware remains. The Aware Beta option makes it easier to find what you want when you want it.
If you click into Aware Beta, you will see the side tabs replaced with a menu bar and streamlined search options. This update makes locating assessments easier. You will also be able to search assessments by year, grade, subject, and test name. No more sifting through files to find the assessment you need.
Aware Navigation Availability Phases
The new Aware navigation will be accessible in phases. After full feature parity between Aware Beta and Aware Classic, Eduphoria will transition away from the Beta phases. Users will default to the updated, newer Aware experience. The option to return to Aware Classic will continue as Eduphoria development teams improve the new Aware interface.
Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, teachers and education leaders will be able to move seamlessly back and forth between the old and new navigation options by using the Try Aware Beta button. All of your saved data and documents are accessible in either option.
The Aware new navigation effort is part of Eduphoria’s initiative to improve user functionality. You can find additional information in our online help guide. We will share updates online and through email well in advance as we progress through these developments.
