Step 6: Select Show Scripted Comments to script classroom walkthroughs and observations.
Note: Scripted comments will never be viewable to an appraisee. Scripted comments serve only as the appraiser’s documentation during the appraisal. Comments will be available to the appraiser throughout the life of the document, even when archived.
Step 7: Drag and drop or copy and paste statements from the scripted comments into the evidence or comment boxes in the evaluation.
Step 8: Select Hide Scripted Comments to close the frame.
Step 9: Complete all items in the template. The Save icon shows that the document automatically saves as the template is completed.
Step 10: Select the Let Staff View button to allow the appraisee viewing access. The appraisee cannot see the evaluation template until the Let Staff View button is selected. Only select this button when the template is completely filled in and ready for the appraisee to view. The evaluation status will show Not Viewable if the appraisee cannot view it.
Once the Let Staff View button is selected, the evaluation status will show Marked Viewable and the date.
When the appraisee views the document, the evaluation status will show Viewed and the date the appraisee opened it.
